AUGUST 21-23, 2026
Come celebrate with us in the woods.
There will be vows, pizza, lake air, bonfires, and many chances to look mysteriously well-dressed.
SPARTA, NEW JERSEY

Camp Sacajawea

The Venue
We'll be celebrating by our own private lake and among the trees, with plenty of room to eat, roam (200 acres!), and generally pretend we live in a much more enchanted version of reality.
A cozy little camp in the woods, which felt extremely correct for us.

You can absolutely make it here by public transit, and no, you do not need to cross a cursed mountain pass.

Where to stay
Want to come early, don't want to drive home afterward, or enjoy the premises longer?
All of these are within a 14-21-minute drive.
Except Camp Sacajawea, where you can just stumble into bunk.

Camp Sacajawea
Best for anyone who wants the easiest logistics and the full woods-weekend experience. Stay right in the camp and be in the middle of everything.
Definitely the most fun and unusual option.
(Please bring a sleeping bag).
The Ampersand Inn
Best for guests who want something charming and less standard. Located on a 14-acre estate and offers a 3-course breakfast. There are 5 rooms reserved until June 1st, so book fast.
Hilton Garden Inn
It's a Hilton Garden. Enough said. Closest to NYC and reachable via public transport. You will also be close to the shuttle on Saturday.
Crystal Springs
One for the high rollers. Fancy schmancy golf spa resort with six award-winning golf courses and a luxurious Reflections Spa and Biosphere.

Staying before and after the wedding in NYC?

You can text or call our reservation specialist at (212) 589-8184, or e-mail reservations@nearlyperfectrooms.com. Say “Thu sent me” and the team will take care of you.
Wether you want the full camp experience or a hotel with stronger "tiny shampoo bottle" energy, you've got options.

Gifts
Your presence is the greatest gift, and we mean that sincerely.
But if you'd like to contribute something beyond your charming company, we'd gratefully welcome cash or a check — practical, timeless, and endlessly useful as we build our next chapter together. If you prefer to simply channel your energy into enthusiastic celebrating, that works beautifully too.

Questions, answered
What's the dress code?
Chic, but comfortable. Nice summer outfit? Perfect. Giant squirrel costume? Also perfect. Just remember, it’ll be late August, so choose your chaos wisely.
Are all weekend events open to everyone?
Yes. Friday hangout, Saturday celebration, and Sunday breakfast are all part of the invitation. Some activities are optional, but the general hanging out is very much encouraged.
Do I need a car?
Driving is the easiest option, but public transit is possible. You can take NJ Transit to Dover, then grab a rideshare or coordinate with other guests for the final stretch to camp.
Are the activities mandatory?
Not at all. You are welcome to throw axes, shoot arrows, sit near the lake, or simply exist in a charming and supportive way.
What should I bring?
Comfortable shoes, layers for the evening, and anything you need for a weekend in the woods. If you’re staying on site, we’ll share more specific camp-related details closer to the date.
A few useful details.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is parking on site. We’ll share any useful arrival details closer to the wedding so nobody has to freestyle it.
Can I come just for Saturday?
Yes. We’d love to have you for the whole weekend, but if Saturday is what works for you, that is absolutely fine too.
What food will be served?
We’ll have plenty of food, drinks, and celebratory sustenance, including custom artisan pizza made on premise. If you have dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
Is this kid-friendly & pet-friendly?
Yes. We’re happy to celebrate with your little woodland companions. Please note that there will be a liability waiver to sign.
Can I use the bonfire to summon demons?
No. That event is scheduled for a different weekend.
Why is there a bear on the left? Are there bears?
No. Although there are indeed bears in NJ, we don't expect any to show up. We just thought it was a cute picture.
Why is there a bear on the top? Are there bears?
No. Although there are indeed bears in NJ, we don't expect any to show up. We just thought it was a cute picture.
